Jorge Echeverría, is Founder, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Intermedia Enterprise. Jorge has been responsible for transforming the company into a group of brilliant technological minds that worked as leaders in services for the development of software solutions. During your period as CEO and president, the company has experienced explosive growth in size and return on investment, at the same time it has built a culture that drives the commitment of its employees.
He is responsible for establishing all aspects of the company’s deployment strategy in Latin America, positioning as a reliable partner and employer, through a balanced business growth model, where the knowledge capital is aligned with the competencies of the organization, and the discovery of opportunities and emerging technology trends be taken care of with a sense of urgency.
Its main objective is to provide sustainable value to all its customers.
Mr. Echeverria has a degree in Industrial Design from the Universidad Técnica del Estado de Chile and Structural Engineering from the Universidad de Santiago de Chile.
Co-Founder & Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Roxana Fuentes, is member of the board of Intermedia Enterprise, and currently works as Executive Vice President and General Counsel with regional responsibility for all legal, privacy, contracting, mergers and acquisitions, litigation and compliance activities, as well as government and regulatory affairs.
Ms. Fuentes is a Food Engineer from the University of Santiago of Chile and has a long career in charge of business administration, in the commercial, legal, accounting and tax disciplines.
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
As Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Felipe Yáñez is responsible for financial operations, general accounting, approval of contracts with clients, issuance of project reports, control of the supply chain and the management of accounting and tax advisors of the group companies in Latin America.
Mr. Yáñez is a member of the board of Intermedia Enterprise, and as an important part of his performance is leading the commercial change of the company and transformation of the financial function, which includes the modernization of its systems infrastructure, as well as its policies and procedures.
Mr. Yáñez has advanced studies in Administration and Accounting.
Co-founder & General Manager – Intermedia Latam Mexico
Álvaro Préndes, is co-founder and General Manager of Intermedia Latam in México. Álvaro has been working in the software industry for more than 15 years and is recognized by his peers as a highly experienced leader in these technologies.
Prior to joining Intermedia, he worked as a Senior Consultant at TIBCO Software Inc. and during that period he contributed to the expansion of TIBCO’s business in Spain. He has also held positions as Architect and Senior Engineer at Progress Software and Cisco Systems.
With a vast experience leading technical and commercial teams in multiple geographies and in a wide variety of industries, today is focused on helping Intermedia Latam to evolve and grow its customer portfolio in North America. Álvaro has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Tecnológico de Monterrey, México.
Vice President & Chief Information Officer
Sergio Cortés is Vice President and Chief Information Officer, he drives innovation plans and the growth of services and solutions of the company and guarantees technological excellence. He is responsible for defining the strategy and vision of the long-term technology of Intermedia Enterprise and communicating that vision to the clients.
Mr. Cortés has experience delivering differentiated technology solutions to private and international clients, has advanced knowledge of software infrastructure ESB, BPM and Analytics, provides the leadership to drive the strategy and growth of the product lines represented by the company, and increase technological excellence throughout the organization.
Mr. Cortés is a Computer and Information Engineer from the University of Santiago de Chile.
Vice President & General Manager of Mining Analytica
Alonso Hernández, Vice President and General Manager of Mining Analytica, is responsible for directing the Intermedia Enterprise Analytics offerings to create value for our clients in the Mining sector, through advanced solutions and services that combine the technologies of Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Internet of Things (IoT) and Analysis Platforms.
With extensive experience in Consulting and in BI products, he has developed several Analytics solutions for the Pharmaceutical, Retail, Finance, Energy and Mining industry and is recognized by clients and colleagues as a highly experienced service leader.
In the educational field, he has conducted training programs with Spotfire products, encouraging the use of these technologies in global companies, such as BHP, Monsanto, Pioneer Dupont, MSD, AXA Spain, among others.
Mr. Hernández is an Electrical Civil Engineer from the University of Santiago de Chile.
